Guys. I just finished a 613 page book. Obsidio by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. Seriously the best conclusion for the trilogy I could have asked for. I’ll post a review under a different page, but this was such an accomplishment for me! I’m so glad I knocked another book off my to read list! Not that I will ever be able to completely be done with it in my lifetime, but hey, it’s a start!
This is hour 8, and it was a Sprint, so I finished about 400 pages in 45 minutes and WOW if that’s not the craziest thing! I was so excited I had to make a post because now my eyes are hurting. And I’m wearing glasses. This is crazy.

MY EYES WERE BLURRY TOO. Especially around hour 14 when I took my dinner break – it was the first real break I’d taken today and it kind of hurt, to be honest. It’s kind of comforting to know I wasn’t the only one…
Also, how did you finish 400 pages in 45 minutes?! I’m terrified and completely in awe of you.
To be honest, it was Obsidio which was an epistolary type book, so may different mediums of writing were used in it, which made it go by that much faster. I am also a very quick reader, so that helps!
